Were it not for the pandemic, Cheshire East Council would have made available books of condolence across the Borough and many Town and Parish Councils would have done the same. The Cheshire Local Resilience Forum (https://cheshireresilience.org.uk/) has strongly advised organisations not to have physical books of condolence, but rather to use online books. The Cheshire Local Resilience Forum are setting one up on the Cheshire East Council website, but there is also a national one available at www.royal.uk
